Sentinel Lead Encapsulant – White
Sentinel Lead Encapsulant is an Interior/ Exterior, water based, Zero V.O.C., low odor coating designed as a permanent solution for abatement of lead based paint. Sentinel Lead Encapsulant is formulated with a flexible and durable finish t0 provide a thick barrier that traps in lead contaminants on a variety of building substrates. Sentinel Lead Encapsulant contains a bitter tasting anti-ingestant which deters children from oral contact. Sentinel Lead Encapsulant complies with HUD and the EPA for abatement by encapsulation.
Sentinel SBP Stain Blocking Primer (Available in a White Finish)
Sentinel SBP Stain Blocking Primer is a Zero V.O.C., water based, low odor, fast drying coating designed to block tannin and water stains from bleeding through while prepping the surface for a top coat. Sentinel SBP can be used on a number of surfaces including wall board, wood, plaster, stucco and concrete.
Sentinel 24-7 Zero [Available in White or Clear Finish]
Sentinel 24-7 ZERO is a high quality interior grade coating that contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), is free of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), and offers virtually no odor. Sentinel 24-7 ZERO is an environmentally friendly coating that can be used on most interior building materials. Sentinel 24-7 ZERO is a self-priming coating providing a durable, scrubbable surface. Sentinel 24-7 ZERO with antimicrobial product protection is designed to inhibit the growth of stain and odor causing mold, mildew and other microorganisms on cured coating surfaces.

Sentinel 24-7 HVAC White Mold & Mildew Resistant Coating & 24-7 ZERO HVAC Black Mold & Mildew Resistant Coating
Sentinel’s 24-7 HVAC coatings are specialized coatings designed to be applied within HVAC systems, on HVAC insulation and primed or galvanized metal. Sentinel 24-7 HVAC and ZERO HVAC are thick, flexible and will bridge and reinforce duct liner and duct board insulation material. They will seal HVAC surfaces from odors caused by fire, smoke, mold and mildew. Like the rest of our ZERO family, 24-7 ZERO HVAC Black contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), is free of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), and offers virtually no odor, while 24-7 HVAC White is a low VOC coating. Both products contain an approved EPA registered fungistatic agent that serves to inhibit the growth of fungus such as mold and mildew on the surface of the coating. HVAC systems treated with 24-7 HVAC coatings will have increased air flow while minimizing dirt build up.

Sentinel 24-7 ZERO High-Build is a thick interior grade coating that contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), is free of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), and offers virtually no odor. Designed for porous surfaces and other environments where a single, thick coat is preferred. Sentinel 24-7 ZERO High-Build offers exceptional bonding to a variety of substrates. Sentinel 24-7 ZERO High-Build with antimicrobial product protection is designed to inhibit the growth of stain and odor causing mold, mildew and other microorganisms on cured coating surfaces.
Sentinel 24-7 Premium Mold & Mildew Resistant Coating [Available in White or Clear Finish]
Sentinel 24-7 Premium with Antimicrobial product protection is an interior/exterior grade coating. Sentinel 24-7 Premium utilizes the highest quality polymers to provide superior bonding and durability, giving it the ability to withstand harsh elements and environments. It provides excellent coverage and dries to a hard, long lasting finish. Antimicrobial product protection gives Sentinel 24-7 Premium the highest level of protection to inhibit the growth of stain and odor causing microorganisms, such as mold and mildew on cured coating surfaces.
Sentinel 24-7 Zero Waterproofing Sealant [White Finish]
Sentinel Mold & Mildew Resistant Waterproofing Sealant is a 100% acrylic water based antimicrobial coating formulated to stop water penetration through masonry materials. For interior and exterior, above or below grade, vertical applications. Sentinel Mold & Mildew Resistant Waterproofing Sealant withstands 35 PSI of water pressure preventing moisture transmission into basements, crawlspaces, and cellars. The multi-coat application process will self-prime and seal concrete and cinder blocks, masonry walls, stucco, and brick. Sentinel Mold & Mildew Resistant Waterproofing Sealant’s fungistatic agent resists mold and mildew growth on the dried coating surface.
