All of our mold- and mildew-coatings have passed the ASTM 5590 to determine the resistance of paint films and related coatings to fungal defacement. Sentinel 24-7 ZERO is a high quality interior grade coating that contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), is free of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), and offers virtually no odor. Sentinel 24-7 ZERO is an environmentally friendly coating that can be used on most interior building materials. Sentinel 24-7 ZERO is a self-priming coating providing a durable, scrubbable surface. Sentinel 24-7 ZERO HVAC Mold & Mildew Resistant Coating (Available in a White or Black Finish)
Sentinel 24-7 ZERO HVAC is a specialized coating designed to be applied within HVAC systems, on HVAC insulation and primed or galvanized metal. Sentinel 24-7 ZERO HVAC is thickened, flexible and will bridge and reinforce duct liner and duct board insulation material. It will seal HVAC surfaces from odors caused by fire, smoke, mold and mildew. Like the rest of our ZERO family, 24-7 ZERO HVAC contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), is free of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), and offers virtually no odor. 24-7 ZERO HVAC contains an approved EPA registered fungistatic agent that serves to inhibit the growth of fungus such as mold and mildew on the surface of the coating. HVAC systems treated with 24-7 ZERO HVAC will have increased air flow while minimizing dirt build up.

Sentinel 300 EnviroWash Peroxide Cleaner is a professional strength hydrogen peroxide based cleaner that is designed to clean, remove organic stains, brighten and lighten surfaces and eliminate odors. Sentinel’s proprietary surfactant and hydrogen peroxide formula oxidizes soils and odors instantly, breaking them down into water and oxygen. Sentinel 300 has excellent penetrating and lifting qualities without the need of unnecessary acceleration products. Sentinel 300 is ready to use and has a pH of 4.0-5.0.
